MHiPS Theory of Change

MHiPS is underpinned by a Theory of Change, which is structured according to Kilpatrick’s model of training evaluation and effectiveness (Kilpatrick & Kilpatrick, 2016). This explores outcomes at four levels: Reaction, Learning, Behaviour and Results.

We have simplified the detailed Theory of Change into the following version.

We gratefully acknowledge the Victorian Department of Education, The Ian Potter Foundation, Tim Fairfax Family Foundation, Helen McPherson Smith Trust, SALT Catalyst, Bupa, The Ross Trust, the R.M. Ansett Trust, The Bryan Foundation and the Shepherd Foundation for their support of the MHiPS initiative.
