Data Manager
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Data Manager to oversee MHiPS data operations, management, and governance within the Policy & Equity Group. In this role you will contribute to mounting successful collaborative studies (i.e. cohort and health services research studies) within and alongside MHiPS, working closely with MHiPS research manager, to offer a supportive avenue for researchers, students and other stakeholders to work collaboratively using MHiPS data. You will ensure that MHiPS data systems have the quality, flexibility, governance, and breadth to enable its goal of building the capacity of primary schools to support student mental health and wellbeing.
Our ideal candidate will be confident in managing competing tasks and working within tight reporting timelines as well as managing large datasets and shifting focus between tasks as they arise. This is an exciting opportunity for a Data professional to take the next step in their careers.
About you:
- High-quality statistical/data science qualifications to PhD or masters level
- Demonstrated experience in data management and governance from trials/registries and/or large-scale program evaluation studies, or other relevant industry experience
- Expertise in data analysis and data management including data capture and management software such as REDCap and statistical packages such as Stata
- Outstanding efficiency, organisation, and documentation skills
